Oswego Health is hosting our second annual "Run For Your Health 5K" on August 12th. This event is intended to be both competitive as well as promote health and fitness for the local community.
The Course
The 5K run/walk will start and end at The Manor (20 Manor Drive, Oswego) winding its way through Oswego Health's Seneca Hill Campus including Springside, our premier retirement living community.
Awards
Awards given to the top three overall overall male and female 5K finishers, plus the top male and female 5K finisher in their age group. Timing provided by Auyer Race Timing.

Race Day Registration - $30
Kids 1 Mile Fun Run (ages 4-12) - Free (Doesn't receive t-shirt)
