For parents helping their children transition from summer vacation back to school, Oswego Health’s Child and Family Services Department is offering a free stress management program from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 15th.
Offering plenty of tips and techniques for parents will be Susan Mayer, who earned both a masters and a certificate of advanced study in counseling services from SUNY Oswego. She is also state certified as a school guidance counselor.
The class will be held at Oswego Health’s Advanced Medical Services Building, located at 98 N. Second St., in Fulton.
No pre-registration is required. Children are welcome to attend and refreshments will be available.
