Oswego Health is among the sponsors of the upcoming free community breastfeeding shower to be held from 9 a.m. to 1p.m. Friday, May 20th in Health Services Center adjacent to Oswego Hospital.
Women who are breastfeeding for the first time or those who plan to breast feed are encouraged to attend this event coordinated by the Oswego County Breastfeeding Coalition. This is an opportunity to learn more about the benefits of breastfeeding. There will be information, free gifts and food.

The goal of the Coalition is to increase the awareness of support services available to mothers in Oswego County. In addition to Oswego Health, Mother Earth Baby, Cornell Cooperative Extension and Oswego County Opportunities, are coordinating the shower event.
