A resident of Springside at Seneca Hill, Gladys Rappleye, has recently celebrated her 103rd birthday.
Members of her family brought her a birthday cake and she was given a card shower, where she received more than 60 cards. A former longtime resident of Palermo, Rappleye worked as a bookkeeper for 35 years at the now closed Frank G. Wells store in Oswego.
