Maternity Center received blankets made by Oswego High School Interact Club

Oswego Health’s Maternity Center staff welcomed members of the Oswego High School Interact Club who recently delivered blankets they had made.

The Interact Club is affiliated with the Oswego Sunrise and Oswego Noon Rotary Clubs and focuses on community service. Making the blankets and then delivering them to Oswego Hospital has become a tradition for the club.

“The Interact club was excited to be part of this project,” said Club Adviser Matthew Bock. “The community involvement was important to all of the members and we know the blankets will be put to great use.”

Maternity Center Director Kim Spurling, RN, said the blankets will be very much appreciated by new families and she thanked the students for their creative efforts.
